PACMA 2026は、「材料で拓く未来―産業と世界をつなぐ統合知の力(Materials Paving the Future — The Power of Integrated Knowledge Connecting Industry and the World)」をテーマに、材料科学の発展と産学連携の強化を図るための重要なプラットフォームとなります。

本会議では、急速に進化する3つの分野「高分子添加剤(Polymer Additives)」「複合材料(Composite Materials)」「製造技術(Manufacturing)」に焦点を当てています。高分子添加剤分野では、機能性と環境適応性の双方を向上させる持続可能な材料設計の推進を目指します。複合材料分野では、高強度かつ軽量な構造における革新が、航空宇宙、自動車、その他多くの分野での応用を拡大しています。製造分野では、生産技術の進歩とプロセスの最適化が、高品質で効率的な産業システムの構築に不可欠です。

PACMAは、アジアをはじめ世界中から研究者、技術者、業界のリーダーを一堂に集めます。多様な専門知識を統合することで、新たな知見を生み出し、有意義なパートナーシップを育み、より持続可能な社会に向けて前進しながら地球規模の課題解決に貢献することを目指しています。

The International Symposium on Fire Safety Science is held every 3 years. The next Symposium, the 15th, is scheduled for 8-12 June 2026 in La Rochelle. France.

The Symposium is the premier fire safety science meeting in the world and has been organized triennially since 1985 by the IAFSS. The program generally has parallel sessions for the presentation of fully peer-reviewed papers over the five days of the Symposium, including invited lectures from the world’s top fire science researchers. Symposium activities begin on a Sunday, with several workshops in the afternoon and a Welcome Reception in the evening. The Symposium also has poster sessions which provide an excellent opportunity to interact individually with researchers about their most recent work. Students are encouraged to participate and awards are made for the best student posters.
